Doujinization refers to privatization that cause doremotional loss to the source. Note that doujinization is NOT the same as plagiarism. Plagiarism refers to duplicating the source unauthorized while doujinization involves modification of sources. Doujinization occurs if the source and the doujinized product are of the same nature and have substitution effects (e.g fame). Note that doujin CGs are not doujinization product because their market nature is different from official graphics. Doujin markets’ transaction does not negatively affect official markets’ transaction.

Hence can we say an anime, Kerero Gunso, is an example of doujinization?

The answer is no.

When we comes to determination of whether one performing doujinization, we refer the styles on the whole. Since Keroro Gunso are playing parody in the fraction of anime, instead of duplicating the style (leitmotivs) of the source, Kerero is neither of plagiarism or doujinization.
